The technology sector has been the most aggressive sector in recruiting for the past few years. The keen competition for talent in the sector is a well-known fact.

The recruitment consultants from the winning companies of this category are able to deliver candidates with exactly the right technical skills, personality and goals

Don Nelson Recruitment was awarded gold at HR Vendors of the Year awards 2017 in Hong Kong, in the category for Best Recruitment Firm – Technology & Telecommunications, Fintech Sector.

Robert Half took home the silver award, with the bronze prize going to Pinpoint Asia.

The HR Vendors of the Year awards, organised by Human Resources magazine, is a long-running annual report that recognises the best solution providers in Asia – Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

In the 12th year of the research, all winners were determined on a two-tier selection process. First, the finalists were identified through an extensive online survey of HR managers in Asia on their preferences.

These finalists then submitted documentation to verify their credentials, which was validated by a panel of HR leaders from some of the region’s largest employers.

In effect, the end users of such services were the ones who made the decision of selecting the best.
