Be that business partner to the business on the talent management agenda. It’s all about the people agenda.

Q What was the most interesting gossip/rumour that you have heard about HR?
Success in HR is about how well you steer the politics in your company!
Q What is the most difficult HR theory which was challenging for you to grasp?
Most HR theories are fundamentals with which we can design our own perspectives and work them around. It depends on how we view and apply them in the context. As such, I don’t see great challenges in theories thus far as it’s around adopting flexibility to apply them in context.
