Elisabeth Stene, CHRO of Digi, shares with Priya Veeriah her learning and reflections after meeting with Deepak Jain.
Elisabeth Stene, CHRO, Digi will be sharing a case study presentation at Talent Experience Forum on 5 November at Pavilion KL in track 1, ‘Innovating your employee experience for retention’.
If you are keen to hear how Digi has embedded its employer brand into its CXO Apprentice Programme along with other thought-provoking presentations, download the brochure here.
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy this read as we give you a sneak peak into what you can expect at the forum:
Q If you were to create a tagline for HR in Digi, what would it be?
“Freedom to inspire the next!”
Q What was the most interesting HR conversation you have had in your career?
Meeting Deepak Jain, hearing his reflections and learning from surviving the Thailand tsunami, which made a huge impression me. His key points are to “keep your ears to the ground and listen to your inner voice/hunch”.
Both traits are very important to leaders, and particularly HR who needs to be grounded, close to business and consistent in their ways of working.
Q What would you be sharing about at #TalentExperienceForum?
I’ll be sharing about how Digi diversified our workforce to cope with workplace transformation through the CXO Apprentice Programme, and how that has further strengthened Digi’s employer brand amongst young talents in Malaysia.
Q Please complete the sentence: I’ll see you at #TalentExperienceForum because, together, we can redefine the future of talent experiences in Malaysia!
#TalentExperienceForum invites you to join our two thematic tracks: Innovating your employee experience for retention; and designing an impactful and tech-led candidate experience.
See you on 5 November 2019!
