Changes to operating hours of MOM offices take effect today

Starting today (3 June), certain offices under Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will have new operating hours, as reported by Berry Appleman & Leiden. These changes will be implemented in Hall C of the MOM Service Centre and the Employment Pass Service Centre.

As reflected on MOM’s website, which was last updated yesterday (2 June), these are the new operating hours of both offices HR and employers need to be aware of:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5.30pm (except public holidays)

Processes involved:

Hall C of the MOM Service Centre

Card registration and lost card interviews for Work Permit holders, and S Pass holders and their dependants.


Employment Pass Service Centre

Card registration, lost card interview, pass insurance, as well as cancellation processes of Employment Pass Holders and their dependants.
