Game-based psychometric assessment company, Arctic Shores, has announced its first international office opening in Singapore, appointing VJ Posadas as general manager. The new office, located at WeWork Beach Centre on Beach Road, will service local clients as well as those in India, Australia and Indonesia.
GM Posadas has over 17 years’ experience in HR consulting, specialising in selection, succession management and learning and development. He recently completed his Masters in human capital leadership from Singapore Management University.
He commented: “I am very excited to be a part of Arctic Shores and its growth in helping companies make better people choices and people better career choices. Arctic Shores investment in the Asia Pacific market is an indication of the strong demand in the area for a more engaging and data-driven way to identifying the best talent.”
Robert Newry, CEO and co-founder at UK-based Arctic Shores, added: “I am absolutely delighted to welcome VJ on board at a pivotal time in Arctic Shores’ development. As soon as we launched the platform three years ago, we had strong interest from the region and we can now service our many clients in the area in the same time zone.”
