Human Resources is delighted to confirm Alexander Mann Solutions as the next sponsor for the upcoming Talent Management 2013 conference in Singapore.

At Talent Management 2013, Alexander Mann Solutions' Martin Cerullo, managing director of development Asia Pacific, and Alison Baird, managing director of Asia Pacific, will deliver a presentation in the talent acquisition session.

With extensive knowledge in the global talent marketplace, his expertise lies in talent acquisition, direct sourcing, employer brand, social media and digital communications. Before joining AMS, he spent the previous six years working for Euro RSCG Worldwide.

Alison Baird, a resident of Singapore, has worked around the world in a variety of talent leadership roles, with a particular focus in supporting volume and specialist recruitment across EMEA and APAC regions. Prior to moving to Asia with Alexander Mann solutions, Baird managed recruitment solutions for several high profile blue chip organisations, including Barclays and Motorola.

Talent Management 2013 will be held from 12-13 March at the Novotel Clarke Quay in Singapore.
