日本女員工月事標牌惹來公憤

日本百貨公司大丸百貨(Daimura)推出一項新福利,大阪梅田分店員工可在月事期間佩戴一張標牌,但該政策引來公眾批評。

公司發言人樋口洋子表示,大丸百貨將「重新評估」該項政策,而非全面撤回。

該標牌最初由一名員工提出,期望能促進同事之間彼此體諒,改善女性員工整體工作環境

佩戴相關標牌的員工可將之掛在名牌下方。凡希望告知別人月事的員工,可將代表月事一面向外,上面顯示漫畫人物「Seiri Chan」(意思是「月事小姐」),至於其他月事已結束的員工則可翻轉到另一面。

該百貨公司為籌備11月新開設的女裝部,於10月向女裝部約500名員工推出該措施。

該店不具名的男性行政高層表示:「我們收到許多公眾投訴。部分人擔心員工會被性騷擾,這絕不是我們的初衷。」
