聖誕佳節將至,員工最關心的一點是:有沒有聖誕派對?

根據一項由OfficeTeam進行的新調查,93%的受訪高級經理表示其公司將會舉辦年末慶祝活動,當中包括公司內外的大小聖誕派對(48%),以及辦公室聖誕裝飾佈置(45%)。

41%的公司計劃花費更多,只有7%預料節省成本,必須出席是否已成不明文規定?66%的經理表示不論預算,不明文規定是所有員工必須出席。

來到聖誕時節,除了聖誕派對和辦公室聖誕裝飾,還有另一個問題:送不送聖誕禮物?

結果顯示58%的員工在辦公室送贈年末禮物,當中有半數送禮物給同事,35%送給老闆。有趣的是,大部分人(84%)表示因為想送而送,而不是為送而送。

OfficeTeam行政總監Stephanie Naznitsky說道:「舉辦聖誕派對是獎勵員工努力一整年的好方法。慶祝不一定要複雜才開心。周詳計劃有意義活動的公司可團結團隊成員,從而提高員工的投入度。」
