Leonard is currently the Director of People Development for AIA Group, the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group with a presence in 18 markets across the Asia-Pacific region. He provides leadership in formulating, planning and implementing group-wide people development agenda to strengthen organization capabilities and advance people’s growth.
Prior to AIA, he was the Vice President and Head of Organization Development of NTUC Income, Singapore and spent more than 10 years with Accenture Management Consulting where he specialised in designing and implementing human capital strategies and solutions within organizations to achieve business results. He had also assisted many multinational clients in the Asia Pacific region on large scale business transformation programmes.
Leonard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and holds an MBA degree from The University of Manchester, UK.

Dorothy leads the talent development function for BASF in Asia Pacific. She works closely with the leaders and the HR team in the region to build a sustainable talent pipeline with leadership and critical capabilities through connecting people to transform their knowledge and experience into profitable growth. Dorothy joined BASF in 2008 in Hong Kong and took various roles in regional learning and development for Asia Pacific. She later moved to Germany and took up a global role in aligning and defining what leadership means at BASF and implement the concept in all the regions. She took up the Regional Head of Talent Development since beginning of 2016. Prior to joining BASF, Dorothy has had worked in learning and development function in various MNCs in Hong Kong and China.

Geographically, Aalok’s management exposure spans across multiple countries & cultures. He has worked with Large Global (matrix) organizations such as American Express & HSBC.

Knorr-Bremse Asia Pacific
Benjamin Wong is the HR Director, Asia Pacific for Knorr-Bremse, the world leader of brake control system for rail industry and commercial vehicles, with over 20 manufacturing and sale locations in the region.
With over 20 years work experience and 14 years in China, living and working in Suzhou and Tianjin before, Benjamin was the HR VP in Asia Pacific in Vesuvius Advanced Ceramics and China HR Director for Otis China Ltd. He has a Certified Practicing Accountant, Australia & MBA qualification and also professional member/International committee member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, and also member of Australia Institute of Human Resources.
He had various experience in setting up Learning Centre or Academy which fosters the growth and staff development/engagement. The launching of HRIS and Job Grading in the region was also a major milestone. He is instrumental in formulating the unique HR Strategy tailor-made for MNC’s and most importantly implementing action plans with the leadership team. He received an interview in July 2015 by Human Capital Management magazine (HRoot) in China where he addressed the importance of dealing with young generation these days in terms of career development and expectation management.

Jacqueline comes with a business / HR hybrid background. Beginning her career as a management consultant with Accenture & Capgemini, she consulted various MNC clients on System Integration, Business Process Reengineering, and Finance & Employee Transformation projects. She has recently held APAC Head of HR positions, with NETGEAR and Williams Lea – all with a primary focus to partner with the business with a view to assist and enable the team to achieve corporate goals.
Jacqueline holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, and a MBA from the HKUST.

Chiaying Yuen is currently the HR Business Partner (Greater China Cluster) for Maersk Line. Prior joining Maersk, she has accumulated more than 10 years of regional HR experience in different industries including Medical Device, Engineering, Oil & Gas, IT.
She is an associate member of the American Psychological Association and holds an MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

With particular experience of working in Asia, Europe and the US, he delivers simple strategies that put EHS at the core of business. In his previous role as Asia Pacific EHS Director for PepsiCo, Gordon introduced transformational leadership and engagement programs that were adopted across the entire corporation. A particular strength of Gordon’s is his ability, through the sciences of motivation and behaviour, to influence leaders at all levels to easily adopt EHS and CSR as a core value. This results in programs being integrated into the very DNA of the organisation. Prior to taking up senior executive positions, Gordon was a British Army Officer.

Connie has over 20 years of human resources experience working for large multinational organizations spanning from IT, banking, shipping and marketing industries. Prior to Metrojet, Connie was Regional Human Resources Director of FCB Global in Asia Pacific. Being a very passionate leader in human resources, Connie has immense experience in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and HR advisory and consulting. Connie holds a degree in law as well as human resources management.

Moller-Maersk Group for 10 years, where her last role was Deputy General Manager, Human Resources Greater China based in Beijing. Debby also has HR experiences in insurance and property management industries.

The company designs, finances, builds, and operates infrastructure and facilities that help improve daily life and mobility for all.
Brandy works closely with project and construction directors and partners with stakeholders of subsidiaries in the Asia region. She has over 10 years of working experience in large construction, helicopter, and courier companies and holds two master’s degrees – one in human resources development and one in business administration. Furthermore, she is a professional member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management and a member of Human Resources Management Association in Canada. Brandy is the winner of HR Head of the Year 2016 – HR Innovation Awards.
