Benjamin Wong is the HR Director, Asia Pacific for Knorr-Bremse, the world leader of brake control system for rail industry and commercial vehicles, with over 20 manufacturing and sale locations in the region. He is based in Hong Kong where his home town is.
With over 20 years work experience and 14 years in China, living and working in Suzhou and Tianjin before, Benjamin was the HR VP in Asia Pacific in Vesuvius Advanced Ceramics and China HR Director for Otis China Ltd. . He has a Certified Practicing Accountant, Australia & MBA qualification and also professional member/International committee member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, and also member of Australia Institute of Human Resources.
He had various experience in setting up Learning Centre or Academy which foster the growth and staff development/engagement. The launching of HRIS and Job Grading in the region was also a major milestone. Prior to joining Lane Crawford, he worked in a variety of corporate and consulting roles in Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong across a number of diverse industries including hospitality, IT, media and retail.
Francis is the Director, Group Human Resources (Projects), at Esquel Group, a global leading textile and apparel manufacturer with operations throughout the world. At Esquel, Francis is responsible for HR analytics, systems, and infrastructure.
Prior to Esquel, Francis has taken on general management, consulting, business development, and product management roles with Human Capital Management solution providers including SAP, SuccessFactors, and Lumesse, and helped regional and global organizations improve employee and organizational performance. In those capacities, Francis gained significant experience designing and deploying performance management, compensation, recruiting, talent management, and core HR processes and systems.

Ms. Karen Liu has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources areas. She current is the Area Director of HR of Greater China of Anantara Vacation Club. She is fully in charge for all HR operations in Mainland China and Hong Kong. In her past 20 years HR career life; she is always working for the International luxury hotels groups. Prior her current role, she severed with in Hilton Group and Marriott International as a senior HR leader. She has served successively as the Cluster Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources for several Marriott Hotels and Hilton Hotels, including Conrad, Double Tree, JW Marriott, Marriott and Renaissance.
She has been award as DHR of Year 2007of Marriott International. And in her current regional role in AVC, she had obtained a CEO award in 2013. Ms. Karen Liu is a HR expert with solid experience and knowledge in a full spectrum of HR functions, especially in talent and organization development, employee engagement and talent management strategies. Also she plays a key role in AVC leadership team, and been intimately involved in the company business gowning in greater China as an advisor business partner.
Terry joined Citi in London in 1998 initially responsible for HR in the Operations and Technology areas for Europe, mid-East, Africa and Asia. In 1999 he was appointed HR Head for Western Europe with the prime focus on merging the Corporate and Investment Banking businesses of Citibank and Salomon Smith Barney.
In May 2000 Terry moved to Hong Kong to lead the Citi HR function for all Corporate and Investment Banking in Asia Pacific. He is now Managing Director and Head of HR for all Citi businesses in Asia Pacific and a member of the AP Executive Management Committee.
Prior to joining Citi Terry was Vice President and Head of H.R. for Ingersoll-Rand Europe Middle East and Africa, he was part of the European Management Committee which ran all of their European businesses from their Paris Headquarters where Terry was based. This was his second career with Ingersoll-Rand where he had previously worked before leaving to start his own consulting firm.
In 1988 Terry was the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Staniforth-Endsor and Partners Ltd., a consultancy Firm providing a broad range of services from Executive Search to Management Consultancy. During this period the Firm worked across a wide range of industry sectors including Banking, Engineering, Construction, Healthcare, Leisure, Household durable goods and Food distribution and retail. Assignments were undertaken in the U.K., Continental Europe and South Africa. He ran the company until 1996 when he decided to return to corporate life.
In the early part of his career Terry worked with a U.K. construction company as HR Manager before joining Ingersoll-Rand initially as HR Director for Europe before becoming Employee Relations Director for all non-domestic U.S. businesses including Asia.

Vivian has over 20 years of experience in human resources across different business sectors. She is currently the Manager, People of NAB Hong Kong responsible for the full spectrum of HR services of their HK offices. Prior to this job, Vivian was the Vice President of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in charge of the International Assignment Services for the Asia Pacific region. Philip is an accomplished management consultant and business leader with over 18 years of professional services experience across the spectrum of consulting companies from the “Big 4” (Andersen) to technology (Infosys) to human resources (Hewitt Associates). He has worked and led projects in Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, the Middle East and the UK. Philip was born in the UK, schooled in Australia, and for the past 15 years has lived in Hong Kong.
Broadly focused on helping regional executive teams think through how to transform their organisations, in the past 10 years, Philip’s experience has focused particularly on the HR function and the operational efficiency and effectiveness of regional HR functions. Paul has spent over 18 years in hospitality and consulting industry covering areas such as talent strategy and executive search across Europe, the Middle East, China & Hong Kong. Paul joined Galaxy Entertainment Group ("GEG") in 2014 as an Assistant Vice President within the Centre of Excellence - Recruitment, specifically to spearhead Corporate & Executive Recruitment and Workforce Strategy – including HR technology, employer brand marketing, and on-boarding.

In her previous role with Accenture, Lynne was the Director of Human Resources for Accenture in Asia Pacific. This role covered Australia & New Zealand; Philippines; Singapore; Malaysia; Thailand; Indonesia; Vietnam; Greater China; Japan and Korea. In this role she was responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions such as Human Capital Strategy, end to end HR Service delivery, performance management, compensation and benefits, M&A and integration, diversity, workforce management, recruiting, and employee relations. Lynne was also the Global lead for HR Strategy and Enablement. In this role, she was responsible for HR strategy for Accenture, including: HR Strategy & Change Journey, HR Service Management Architecture and Global HR Projects.
Lynne holds a Masters in human resources, specializing in employee relations from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelors degree in politics and anthropology from Macquarie University. She is also a current research fellow with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Wilfred is currently the Director of Compensation & Benefit Asia Pacific at AECOM who based in Hong Kong. He oversees the compensation and employee benefits matters for Asia Pacific. He has over 10 years in compensation & benefits areas including leading business transformation, HRIS implementation, and expatriate management. Prior joining AECOM in 2014, he was the regional manager of compensation and benefits of UTi Worldwide, element14 and Arrow Asia Pac Ltd. He graduated from Simon Fraser University since 2001.
Agnes Wong is currently the Senior Manager – Talent Management & Co-Owner, for Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (HKBN). She handles the full spectrum of Talent Management for the HKBN group including the operations in HK and China. HKBN is the largest provider of fibre hi-speed residential broadband service (symmetrical 100Mbps and above) in Hong Kong with a market share of over 50%, HKBN offer a diversified portfolio of premium telecom services to both residential and enterprise markets, including broadband and Wi-Fi access, communication, entertainment and Cloud solutions.
She has formulated short- and long-term directions, strategies and priorities in Talent management Department to drive the Talent Engagement in HKBN, her other key roles includes developing the Total Compensation Structure, Performance Management, spearheading new HR policies and processes, recruiting key Talents, as well as developing the Talent Management Information System (TMIS) Strategy.

Elena possesses about 15 years of HR experience in the apparel industry. A graduate from International School of Management in Dortmund/Germany, she started her career as a recruitment consultant. In 2006, she joined the s.Oliver Bernd Freier GmbH in Rottendorf/Germany, one of Germany’s biggest fashion and lifestyle companies. In 2008, Elena moved to Hong Kong to eventually be appointed to the post of Head of Human Resources Asia. In 2012, she joined Hermes Otto International Limited in Hong Kong, one of the world’s biggest multichannel retailers. In her current role, Elena is responsible for all HR matters globally. In the course of her career, Elena developed a thorough understanding of the Apparel/Fashion industry.
