RGF HR Agent Singapore appoints James Miles as MD

RGF HR Agent Singapore, a global brand of Recruit Holdings, has promoted James Miles to the role of managing director, effective 1 October 2017. Miles was formerly senior director at RGF, and he succeeds Jonathan Guilfoile as Singapore MD.

Miles started out at RGF as one of the first three employees in 2010 and over the years, he has been credited with heading RGF's IT&T, digital and industrial practices, the two biggest and most successful practices in Singapore, where he is behind numerous successful placements.

Accordingly, he has served as the director and thereafter senior director of RGF in Singapore heading teams including the permanent recruitment business, management team and support functions, while also personally leading the regional industrial teams across Asia Pacific and Japan.

On his promotion, Miles commented, "As we grow our footprint further within APJ and globally, we will continue to take a keen interest in improving the support customers receive across SEA, as many organisations will continue to have challenges and require further partnership in these exciting emerging markets."

He added: "The organisation will continue to balance quality and speed by hiring the best in the market and combining this with the adaptation and implementation of game changing technology."

Originally from the UK, with a professional qualification in conversational Mandarin, Miles was nominated to represent Singapore at RGF’s APJ Search and Leadership academies, where we won both the ‘Best Presenter’ and ‘Best Case Study awards.
