The key areas of focus in this role include, talent acquisition, talent retention, succession planning and rewards and recognition programs. You will work closely with the business leaders and HR counterparts to formulate HR policies that align with the business objectives. | |
| Requirements: | To be considered for this role, you should be degree qualified with a minimum five years of human resource experience in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in technology arena is advantageous. You should be a strong communicator with excellent engagement skills. Creative problem solving skills is a great plus. | |
