In this role you will be tasked with the delivery of the HR Shared Service (HRSS) proposition to the South Asia Region. This includes activities such as HR and Payroll administration, benefit management and resource development services.

Specifically, you will lead, manage and motivate a team of HR professionals within the HRSS Singapore team delivering remuneration and benefits and other HR administration across a range of processes, including statutory requirements. You will support the locally based executive team, and manage the day to day operational relationships with the business acting as the escalation point for business issues and customer concerns. As a people manager, you are expected to develop the team's organisation capabilities to meet the growth of the business.

You will also support the Head of HR Delivery Services Asia in the continual development of the Asia HR shared services scope and/or infrastructure. This includes extending the deployment of the HR tools and Payroll system to new countries, deployment and embedding of manager and employee self service and localised management of HR suppliers. In addition, you will work with the technical partners from different HR group functions to review existing policies for consistency and/or implement new programs.
