| Role Description: | Reporting to the VP of Corporate Services, you will be responsible for their core Business Units and the full spectrum of human resources including employee relations, compensation, performance management and recruitment. This role is Singapore focused and you will be responsible for a headcount of about 400. You will lead the charge and develop annual business plans and set key performance indicators with budgets to be aligned with business strategies and directions. Working closely with the business, you will roll out effective HR strategies to attract develop and retain top talent. | |
| Requirements: | This role is not for the uninitiated, it is a hands-on role requiring solid business partnering skills, maturity and commercial mindedness. You will posses a good university degree with a strong background in compensation management. You have 8 or more years of experience in both corporate and consultancy environments.
