| Requirements: | You should be Bachelor's degree qualified with minimum 12 years of relevant HR experience in mid to large international multi-nationals, with at least 5 years of compensation and benefits specialisation. You possess excellent communication and engagement skills. You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and fast moving environment. You are versatile and have a high level of comfort with ambiguity and change. | |
