Company Description:A global pharmaceutical company in the world, this company is ranked as one of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies. It is looking for a dynamic individual to take on the Regional HR Manager portfolio to support one of its fastest-growing business divisions.
Role Description:

• Oversee all HR activities including resourcing, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development, succession and talent management for the Singapore Site
• Ensure compliance with global HR initiatives and policies in APAC through regular communications
• Support the regional implementation of HR processes
• Engage stakeholders in talent reviews and development proposals
• Assist in change management projects

Requirements:• Degrees qualified, you possess at least 8 years’ HR experience • Regional HR experience will be an added advantage • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills • Mature, diligent and results-oriented • Team player • Experience working with senior management
Salary Range:
(SGD, annual)
