Role Description:

• Be an active business partner to the executive management team by providing solutions for enhancing human capital potential
• Increase and enhance regional employee engagement by working closely with the management team
• Work closely with headquarters to develop regional talent development frameworks and propose succession planning strategies
• Create and implement all regional HR processes, policies and procedures based on corporate HR and local best practices

Requirements:• At least 12 years’ HR experience, with a proven track record and the ability to work independently • A degree from a recognised tertiary institution, along with a positive attitude and dynamic personality • Experience working in the APAC region (including China, Malaysia, India, Korea and Japan) is required • Frequent travel will be required • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and support internal client • Previous experience in a service related industry is preferable
