Your remit is to enhance the business and functional performance of the business unit you are partnering through appropriate support and facilitation of robust and integrated HR solutions.

You will support key internal clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives through appropriate advice, interventions and integration of HR products and tools to provide sound people solutions. You will also coach and guide managers on people practices and facilitate talent management, compensation reviews and other global processes. Additionally, you will facilitate efficient service delivery in partnership with the HR senior leadership team and drive the organizations' culture.
