This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join a multi-billion dollar leading player in the chemical industry to support a robust and growing business in the Asia region.

You shall work closely with business entities to understand their requirements, and collaborate with regional and corporate Human Resources and Learning & Development colleagues in this role. You will develop an overall learning and development strategy to support key competency requirements to meet business challenges and growth demands. You will develop, deliver, administer, and oversee all regional training programs, related systems, and activities in the region.
