| Role Description: | Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will work as a business partner to the organization and provide support to in-country HR teams around the region. Your role with have a key focus on internal communication. You will provide consultative services and guidance to business managers and employees on HR related matters and ensure that people issues and business goals are aligned and optimised. | |
| Requirements: | Critical to your success will be your level of professionalism, integrity and service excellence. Your strengths in communication will allow you to effectively communicate internal messages and capture and influence your associates. Degree qualified, you will have at least 7 years of HR generalist experience. Good written, verbal and stand presentation skills in Mandarin is critical. A track record in the Retail or Customer Service sector will be desirable but not essential. You must be hands-on and able to work in a fast paced environment. | |
