• Work closely with business managers and rest of the HR team members in these areas.
• Support Reward Manager in the management of all related compensation plans.
• Manage human capital cost
• Monitor and improve the performance and effectiveness of Reward policies and processes in terms of meeting business requirements
• Provide Reward Manager with support throughout the Performance Pay and Potential cycle.
• Conduct modelling to support allocation of bonus pools
• Track and reconcile of annual bonus spend
• Coordinate performance, bonus and salary communications within the global network
• Conduct analysis throughout the process to ensure reward spend is targeted appropriately.
• Act as a point of contact for the senior business leaders
• Assist and advise the business and HR on appropriate compensation strategies and solutions to retain and motivate talent.
• Improve collection and use of market survey data for the business.
| | Requirements: | • At least 5 years of compensation and benefits experience
• Proven ability to excel in a fast paced, matrix environment
