Company Description:This well known and reputable global bank continues to grow in the Asian region and a new role has arisen within the consumer banking learning and development team. This role designs and develops learning solutions to enable the Consumer Banking business achieve its strategic intent. In addition to engagement with Consumer Banking stakeholders, this role interacts with colleagues from the broader L&D team. This role may also be required to interact with external vendors in the design and development of solutions.
Role Description:

• Consult with business stakeholders to identify and analyse learning requirements.
• Recommend learning solutions and provide options to address identified learning requirements.
• Consider adult learning needs and innovation in learning when recommending learning solutions.
• Design and develop learning solutions based on agreed requirements and within budget and other specified limitations.
• Manage expectations of business stakeholders regarding design, development and implementation of learning solutions.
• Engage with the country L&D teams regarding implementation of learning solutions.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs as part of the implementation of new learning solutions.
• Consider translation and cross cultural requirements in design, development and implementation of learning solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships necessary for design, development and implementation of solutions.
• Identify and highlight foreseeable risks and issues that may impact the effectiveness of learning and work with business stakeholders to manage these risks / issues.

Requirements:• Learning consulting and business engagement skills to identify and analyse requirements. • A team player with sensitivity to team dynamics. • Experience working and managing issues across a matrixed organisation. • Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise according to dynamic business environment and changing business requirements. • Understanding of and ability to operate within different cultures and nationalities. • Project management skills. • Advanced facilitation skills to deliver at Train-the-Trainer program level. • xperience working in a retail / consumer bank is highly desirable.
