| Requirements: | • Learning consulting and business engagement skills to identify and analyse requirements. • A team player with sensitivity to team dynamics. • Experience working and managing issues across a matrixed organisation. • Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise according to dynamic business environment and changing business requirements. • Understanding of and ability to operate within different cultures and nationalities. • Project management skills. • Advanced facilitation skills to deliver at Train-the-Trainer program level. • xperience working in a retail / consumer bank is highly desirable. | |
