The Analyst will be a subject matter expert in a country or functional area supporting professional services sales efforts and clients’ business transformation activities and/or service delivery initiatives. | | Role Description: | • Participate in client sessions to capture and manage outputs supporting key deliverables (e.g. assessments, discovery, process workshops, etc.) clarifying client responses and adding to process definition.
• Assist with interviewing clients and determining business solutions.
• Design required client processes regarding time and attendance
• Document process flows and questionnaires.
• Research complex statutory requirements and/or complex compliance issues suggesting best practices.
• Assist with analyzing problems/opportunities.
• Assist in implementing client solutions.
• Subject matter expert for time and attendance systems
• Provide pre-sales support to the HRM Sales and Solutions team.
• Provide input to development of Service Level Agreement definitions and ongoing measurement of service delivery,
| | Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR systems and more recent expertise in time and attendance systems
• Strong business process and practices background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for contact with clients and process flow documentation development.
• Ability to analyze client needs and business processes and make recommendations to workflow, processing, and system problems.
