| Role Description: | The Service Centre Manager’s primary role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Centre, HR Admin, Benefits Management, Expatriate Management, Metrics Reporting and Customer Service and ensure that the processes are performed in accordance to set procedure and in compliance of the corporate governance. Service Centre Manager will also be involved in project work to support management and site objectives. This role will report to the Asia Operations Head based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: | |
| Requirements: | • Experience of working in a HR operational environment/ service centre is desirable • Working knowledge of HR systems (including PeopleSoft v8.3) highly desirable • Ideally educated to degree level • At least 5 years related work experience in similar field • Excellent English written & verbal communication skills • Excellent leadership skills • Excellent Stakeholder Management • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient in the use of workstation applications • Able to handle high volume of work & adapt to change • Able to plan and manage own time • Able to rapidly learn technical and business techniques and knowledge | |
