| Requirements: | • Minimum 3 years experience with PeopleSoft HRMS application • Minimum 2 years project related experience as a business analyst or systems analyst with exposure to all phases of software development including: Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Design, Testing, and Implementation. • Strong knowledge of HR business processes is preferred • Demonstrated multi tasking ability, analytical skills, problem solving skills and a consistent record of on time delivery and customer service is mandatory • Possess an inquisitive mind coupled with a strong business thought process which may result in business process re-engineering to achieve process efficiency and effectiveness • Effective time management, documentation and organizational skills • Must be creative, hard working, and must support the concept of “fun” in the workplace • Must be a self-starter and a team player • Highly organized and methodical • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and MS Project • Must possess superior communication skills (both verbal and written) inclusive of strong presentation skills | |
