| Requirements: | To be considered for this role, you should be degree qualified with a minimum eight years of full spectrum human resource generalist experience in a multicultural, fast paced and complex matrix MNC environment. Experience in change management and organizational development is advantageous. You should be a strong communicator with excellent engagement skills, with the gravitas to influence and gain buy-in from the senior management team. | |
