An excellent opportunity exists for a HR Business Partner (newly created role) to support one of its expanding business groups. | | Role Description: | • Understand the business needs to generate valuable insights on the people, organizational capability & effectiveness, & culture.
• Translate business opportunities & needs into requirements for HR solutions.
• Lead the implementation & activation of HR solutions.
• Bring change management & transformation expertise to transformation efforts within the business units.
• Continually assess & review organizational architecture ensuring that business unit structure is operating at maximum potential.
• Ensure the availability and development of appropriate talent to meet the business unit’s needs and build a talent mindset.
• Champion the desired culture and manage its development.
• Secure the right climate in the organization using employee relations and industrial relations approaches as appropriate
• Manage employee records and ensuring that data integrity is maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with necessary party on international assignments within cluster
• Have a full HR process knowledge & ensure personal credibility and impact.
| | Requirements: | • HR background preferably in any of the following industries: B2B, Pharmaceutical, FMCG.
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience in the management of teams and people is important
• Regional role working with different cultures is a plus
• Strengths in talent development and organizational development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
