It is looking for a dynamic individual to take on the Regional HR Manager portfolio for one of its business divisions. A HR business partner role, you will also be the APAC Champion for Talent Management, and Learning and Development.
Role Description:

• Oversee all HR activities including resourcing, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning and development, succession and talent management for the Singapore Site
• Ensure compliance with global HR initiatives and policies in APAC through regular communications
• Support the global talent management and succession planning strategies and initiatives, ensuring compliance across the region
• Engage stakeholders in talent reviews and development proposals
• Maintain talent and succession pools within APAC region
• Partner and support global L&D initiatives, ensuring collaboration and participation across the region
• Conceptualize and implement regional leadership development programmes
• Member of the Global Learning & Development Operating Committee

Requirements:• Degress qualified, you possess at least 8 years’ HR experience • Regional HR experience will be an added advantage • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills • Mature, diligent and results-oriented • Team player • Experience working with senior management
Salary Range:
