| Role Description: | As the Learning & Development Specialist your role will be to plan, develop, implement and evaluate soft skills and product training and development solutions to enhance effectiveness of the consumer banking group. Reporting to the VP People Development Centre your key accountabilities will be to develop and ensure effective and efficient implementation of needs based learning and development interventions with the aim of enhancing the competency of the sales staff. You will also develop and ensure effective and efficient implementation of new entrant programmes to equip new sales staff with the essential skills and knowledge to commence their new roles. Additionally, you will institute and implement relevant internal certification methodology and continually assess the competence of sales staff. | |
| Requirements: | The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years of previous training or sales experience acquired in the financial services industry coupled with good data and analytical skills. Interpersonally, you must be passionate about people development and demonstrate the enthusiasm and ability to delivery solid soft skills and product training. | |
