The role will solid line report to the Regional Head of HR based in Hong Kong and have a dotted line to the CEO in Singapore. The company has close to 1,000 staff based in Singapore. | |
| Role Description: | Overseeing a team of 12 HR staff, including 5 generalists as well as specialist heads in C&B, training, OD, HRIS and resourcing, you will provide HR team leadership as well as business partner support to the leadership team, including the CEO. This role involves no travel. | |
| Requirements: | Ideally you will come from a financial services related background, however this is by no means essential. What is key is that you will be capable of holding a leadership HR position and be able to take the company through change (ie this role is not about maintaining status quo!). | |
