Company Description:	This technology company has had a major reorganisation in its HR structure over the past 18 months and as such a newly created position of C&B Director has been created. The organisation has in excess of 8,000 people sitting across 12 countries within the region.
Role Description:	Reporting regionally to the APJ VP of HR and globally to the Global Head of C&B, your role will take leadership of 10 in–country C&B staff. You will oversee sales incentive plans, benefits schemes, broad-banding exercises, salary benchmarking and all other areas of C&B.
Requirements:	You will currently be in a Senior Manager or leadership C&B capacity. It is not important that you have had exposure to the technology sector, however high quality multinational experience is preferred. You may currently be in a leadership role of a rewards practice in a consulting firm.
