| Role Description: | Reporting to the Director of Outsourced Solutions, you will lead the implementation, delivery and client relationships for outsourced solutions to achieve agreed service levels agreements, KPI’s and targeted outcomes. You will manage the delivery of client sites taking on full ownership and accountability for new and existing client implementations. | |
| Requirements: | Your profile will reflect demonstrated ability to initiate, develop and retain business relationships at senior levels as well as an ability to carry out stakeholder management duties, implement effective systems and operations, and manage people and teams. A demonstrated track record of sales achievement and well developed marketing and sales skills are also essential. Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation and negotiation skills is also required. | |
