You’ll have to partner with the management team to provide advice, coach and consult to meet business goals and needs. Develop, implement and review effective HR strategies, policies and programs on talent attraction, development and compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements:You should possess at least a Degree with 5 years of HR Management experience. Strong background in compensation management and possess an ability to lead a team. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
