To support rapid growth and expansion in this region, they are currently seeking a high caliber HR professional to join them as a HR Business Partner.
Role Description:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will work closely with senior business leaders to manage a culturally diverse global talent pool to achieve organizational goals. Key areas of focus for this role include international mobility management, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee engagement.

Requirements:The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with 6 to 8 years of experience in mobility or expatriate management and at least 2 years in a HR generalist capacity. You are highly analytical and possess excellent project management skills. You excel at building relationships and work well in a multi-cultural environment. You are independent and self-driven, while also a collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
