Group HR Talent Management - Training & Development

Team Management
• Drive regional training initiatives/projects in partnership with Line, functional HR partners and where applicable, external consultants
• Consult with HR partners to deliver holistic regional HR initiatives

Training Relationship Management
• Internal consultant and learning business partner to the BU/SU
• Able to effectively partner BU/SU Heads and senior managers in the unit's development needs
• Assist in the roll-out of training initiatives at the BU/SU level
• Partner Business HR in unit development needs
• Identify opportunities and support the business in optimizing their training budget
• Conduct a learning needs analysis, identify areas for development and make appropriate recommendations for learning solutions

Training Vendor Management
•Source for suitable vendors for the various development needs
• Liaise and manage the working relationship with the vendor
• Ensure the quality of programs conducted by vendors
• Ensure consistent expectations between vendor and line needs
• Negotiate with vendor where necessary on behalf of line

Training Delivery and Programme Design
• Facilitate and conduct stand-up training
• Design programmes/Develop curriculum based on inputs research and from various sources in the organization.
• Conduct briefings and focus group sessions where necessary.
• Monitor effectiveness of training programme, and propose appropriate recommendations.
