Role Description:

▪ Implementation and maintenance of the organization’s global compensation programs
▪ Work with the global HR team to monitor and evaluate the compensation and rewards program.
▪ Perform job benchmarking exercises, organize job evaluations and review and revise the salary structure for the offices globally
▪ Communicate C&B programs and processes to the global HR team and provide guidance and counseling to the Management, Country HR and Heads of Department on compensation issues when required
▪ Manage the international assignees program.

Requirements:• Possess at least a Degree with 7 years of C&B experience and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. • Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills. • Able to coordinate and lead projects. • Meticulous and analytical.
Salary Range:
(SGD, annual)
