▪ Deploy and maintain the mobility solution in Asia
▪ Ensure policy consistency across Asia
▪ Resolve and where necessary escalate issues to the global team
▪ Manage the relationship with the external provider’s regional service delivery manager
▪ Monitor regional service levels and conduct regional reporting including the identification of trends
▪ Co-ordinate processes relating to assignee packages
▪ Ensure accuracy of cost estimates, package calculations and contract documentation prior to being sent to assignee.
▪ Review and approve salary, allowance calculations and expense claims prior to submission of data to payroll
▪ Provide regional specific input in the redesign of global international mobility policy/process
▪ Act as a key member of the global project team working to deliver the redesigned international mobility provision
▪ Facilitate the stakeholder management and play a key role in change management and communications
▪ Interface through country resources to ensure continued day-to-day delivery of current services throughout the transition period
▪ Interfacing with the regional HRT organisation to ensure smooth integration between expatriate outsourced services and other outsourced HR services
