Role Description:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the human resource functions in the
Asia Pacific region. You are required to work closely with the regional counterparts to devise human resource strategies that support the business’s objectives. The key areas of focus are talent acquisition, employee development, talent management. Additionally, you are required to progressively review and improve the human resource policies and workflows

Requirements:To be considered for this role, you should be degree qualified with a minimum eight years of full spectrum human resource generalist experience in a multicultural and fast paced MNC environment. Experience in talent management and organizational development is advantageous. You should be a strong communicator with excellent engagement skills, with the gravitas to influence and gain buy-in from the senior management team.
