| Role Description: | You will be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of learning and development curriculum and workforce development initiatives for the Asia business. Lead teams of L&D resources, explores and implements new approaches, and maximize the use of technology in the delivery of quality programs. You will be responsible for determining business value of learning & development initiatives and facilitate the Asia Strategic Talent Review process and succession planning. | |
| Requirements: | You should possess a Bachelor’s degree, Masters Degree preferred in Instructional Systems, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field. Have at least 5 years of demonstrated excellence in a senior manger or director-level role responsible for learning and development in a global company. You must have regional Asia work experience and should be able to work effectively in a matrix organization structure. Knowledge of HRIS, particularly PeopleSoft and Learning Management systems preferred and possess the ability to speak and write the Chinese language would be a definite plus. | |
