Company Description:This organization is part of an established European MNC with diversified global businesses in the life sciences and material sciences. Due to strong growth, they have established a new role for a Learning & Organizational Development Manager in its healthcare business arm. This is a regional role and reports to the Regional HR Director.
Role Description:

▪ Career development and talent management
▪ Partnering business leaders to source, identify, develop and deploy talents
▪ Employee training and development
▪ Competency-based selection and recruitment
▪ Assist in the implementation of performance management system
▪ Assist in organizational development and other change management initiatives
▪ Oversee expatriate relocation management
▪ Integrate HR systems, practices and policies across different business groups
▪ Any other HR responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:▪ A general degree and a post-graduate diploma or professional degree in HRM ▪ Min. 8 years of general HR experience in a regional MNC environment, of which 3 years must be in regional training and organizational development role. ▪ Experience in OD interventions, competency-based training and recruitment, classroom training and conducting focus groups ▪ A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach ▪ Change management competences coupled with influencing skills
