• Support a strong partnership with business clients/internal customers. With the C&B Manager, remain aligned with current business issues and opportunities as related to C&B.
• Actively assist in the communication, alignment and implementation of C&B related initiatives across the Division, in support of DFS business goals and strategic objectives, as directed by the C&B Manager.
• Support all data entry and Employment application for newly hired Management staff
• E-leave management and service support for the division
Compensation & Benefits
• Prepare compensation & benefits worksheet for salary offer proposal
• Ensures compliance with Employment Act on salary matters and compliance with Company’s policies and procedures
• Ensures the Company’s human resources personnel, benefits and payroll files are maintained in accordance to legal requirement and Company policy
• Provide market data for market comparisons to survey companies
• Prepare regular reports for headcount, FTE and etc.
• Prepare yearly payroll & expenses budgeting as well as quarterly forecasting
• Prepare and compile annual year-end appraisals and bonus related letters
• Assisting payroll team during payroll period e.g. data entry verification and provide reconciliation to payroll related expenses as & when required
• Provide monthly staff movement report to insurance broker for updating
• Provide data to insurance broker for monthly movement updates and yearly insurance renewal exercise
• Liaison between insurance broker & staff with regards to claims issues
• Assist with various ad-hoc data request both from within and outside the company
• Projects or any ad-hoc duties as allocated by Compensation & Benefits Manager
Expatriate Relocation Management
• Provide assistance to in-bound & out-bound expatriates with regards to employment pass application/cancellation, shipping logistics, arrangement of accommodation, dependants’ education, etc.
• Prepare and submit data to external tax agents for expatriate’s tax computation
| | Requirements: | • Possess recognized Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent in accounting, finance or business administration
• At least 3-5 years in compensation and benefits management
• Conversant with local labour laws/ legislations
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Organised, independent and action-oriented
• Driven for results and able to work under pressure
• Comfortable with working with numbers/statistics
• Willing to assume additional responsibilities
• Good interpersonal skills
