| Role Description: | • Business development in conjunction with industry and regional colleagues at existing clients and target organizations. | |
| Requirements: | • Sees self as worthy to be in the Boardroom and talking as a peer to senior business leaders about general business issues and challenging their thinking • Sees self not as a technical specialist, but as an integrator with the ability to spot complex patterns and inter-connections across a range of business issues • Driven by a deep desire to get to the root cause of business problems – never satisfied with superficial symptoms or diagnosis – and knowing how to help clients share these insights • Comfortable with the ambiguity and uncertainty and power dynamics that come with addressing business issues at this level – does not feel compelled to rush to a solution – • Has passion for learning and living outside the comfort zone – knowing how to trust his/her instincts ‘in the moment’ when challenging or working with top executives • Desire to empower clients, their organization and colleagues, in order to leave them stronger and more capable to face future challenges, without being dependent • Degree qualified | |
