With an aggressively expanding portfolio of countries, several opportunities have arisen in the HR shared services team for the APAC region. | | Role Description: | • manage the regional payroll centre of excellence, overseeing a large team
• define payroll processes in line with the new business model of a single regional payroll vendor
• lead the transition of additional countries’ payroll into the regional centre
• direct the outsourced vendor to ensure that payroll is processed on time, without error and in compliance with regulatory requirements
| | Requirements: | • at least 10 years’ experience in a senior regional payroll position covering at least five countries
• experience managing a large payroll team with solid leadership abilities
• proven ability to build strong relationships with key vendors and internal clients to drive service level agreements and ensure targets are met
• able to fill an active role in the HR shared services regional management team, providing leadership and guidance for all staff
All applicants must be degree qualified and possess superior interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes as well as the proven ability to understand HR processes, procedures and systems are required. Highly motivated, proactive, and outgoing individuals able to think laterally and who enjoy solving problems are sought for these roles.
