| Role Description: | • manage the regional payroll centre of excellence, overseeing a large team | |
| Requirements: | • at least 10 years’ experience in a senior regional payroll position covering at least five countries • experience managing a large payroll team with solid leadership abilities • proven ability to build strong relationships with key vendors and internal clients to drive service level agreements and ensure targets are met • able to fill an active role in the HR shared services regional management team, providing leadership and guidance for all staff All applicants must be degree qualified and possess superior interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes as well as the proven ability to understand HR processes, procedures and systems are required. Highly motivated, proactive, and outgoing individuals able to think laterally and who enjoy solving problems are sought for these roles. | |
