With an aggressively expanding portfolio of countries, several opportunities have arisen in the HR shared services team for the APAC region. | | Role Description: | • project manage the transitions of HR administration and payroll from the country HR departments to the regional HR shared services team
• lead all merger, acquisition and divestiture projects, from a HR systems and operations perspective
• identify and implement process improvement initiatives to align the service delivery and control within shared services
• ensure effective handover and integration of HR operations, and streamline and standardise processes across the region to gain efficiencies
| | Requirements: | • at least seven years’ experience in a regional project role with managerial responsibilities
• effective change management and project communication skills
• a strong understanding of HR operations, policies and procedures
• a background in process reengineering, mergers and acquisitions and HR shared services
All applicants must be degree qualified and possess superior interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes as well as the proven ability to understand HR processes, procedures and systems are required. Highly motivated, proactive, and outgoing individuals able to think laterally and who enjoy solving problems are sought for these roles.
