| Role Description: | • support the service integration head in the transfer of operational HR functions from the country HR teams to the shared service centre | |
| Requirements: | • at least three years’ operational HR experience • knowledge of various HR areas such as benefits, payroll, onboarding, mobility, HR systems and general administration • ability to analyse HR processes from a holistic, end-to-end view • result oriented with good attention to detail All applicants must be degree qualified and possess superior interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes as well as the proven ability to understand HR processes, procedures and systems are required. Highly motivated, proactive, and outgoing individuals able to think laterally and who enjoy solving problems are sought for these roles. | |
