With an aggressively expanding portfolio of countries, several opportunities have arisen in the HR shared services team for the APAC region. | | Role Description: | • support the service integration head in the transfer of operational HR functions from the country HR teams to the shared service centre
• help ensure the successful migration of services
• plan and track project milestones to ensure transitions are completed within project timelines
• identify potential process, systems or organisational improvement ideas that will increase productivity and service delivery
| | Requirements: | • at least three years’ operational HR experience
• knowledge of various HR areas such as benefits, payroll, onboarding, mobility, HR systems and general administration
• ability to analyse HR processes from a holistic, end-to-end view
• result oriented with good attention to detail

The ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes as well as the proven ability to understand HR processes, procedures and systems are required.
