Role Description:

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain personnel data within the PeopleSoft HR Management System, as well as all other HR related records and Personnel files.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR related enquiries, and provide additional support to all Staff via the PeopleSoft HRMS, phone and email.
• Maintain Human Resources Portal.
• Maintain organisational structure, including staff movement through recruitment, transfers and terminations.
• Maintain HR policies, guidelines, tools and process documents and communicate these to the business.
• Develop, review and update HR templates as required.
• Create and provide standard business and statutory reports as per agreed time schedules and requirements.
• Generate, review and provide specific reports for events such as annual increases, succession planning and service awards as agreed with the Business areas and according to time schedules.
• Liaise closely with payroll team in regards to employee related payroll issues such as non PeopleSoft transactions.
• Maintain and provide HRSC specific service reports to the appropriate stakeholder groups as agreed.
• Manage Company Rewards programs, communicate with employees and providers and deal with direct inquiries.
• Coordinate the Annual Salary Review process for the country and ensure alignment among local BA units.
• Administer and maintain common employee benefit plans for all employees in the country.
• Manage the expat process for country, including interact with sending/receiving country, in cooperation with group function.
• Provide assistance with specific HR projects when required.

Requirements:Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years HR experience or relevant service center environment experience desirable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software. • Proficient in PeopleSoft HRMS or similar HR database system desirable. • Teamwork – Understanding of the necessity and value of teamwork; ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Creativity and Flexibility – Knowledge of successful approaches for dealing with opportunities and changes, ability to apply it to different situations. • Confidentiality - Knowledge of practices and policies governing disclosure of information about the organization, its business activities, and employees; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
