Harmonize HR processes across South East Asia and ensures that HR policies and initiatives are continuously reviewed and improved. | Requirements: | - Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline with 5 years of relevant experience. - The successful candidate is a highly energetic and engaged HR professional with strong business acumen - Highly driven and a team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Resourceful and meticulous - Service oriented with excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills - Prior experience in a fast paced or electronics industry is a great plus | |
