Company Description:Our banking client is looking for a HR Generalist (Business Partner)
Role Description:

· To partner with Marketing, Asset Management, Marketing Communications and Finance department of the full spectrum (excluding payroll services) of HR needs including recruitment, training, performance management, employee counseling/discipline and separation.

· Responsible for the implementation of Company-wide activities at the respective levels.

· In addition to business partnering, the focus will be on talent management functions that includes the review of the performance appraisal process, identifying company training/development needs and the execution of succession planning framework and activities.

Requirements:The candidate should have at 5 years of HR generalist experience with exposure in talent management and has hands-on experience in delivering soft skills training including Orientation programmes. The candidate should be well versed with Singapore’s employment act and organizational behavior and coaching models.
