Role Description:

As Head of International Mobility, you will lead the organization’s international assignment programs, policies and systems, and develop a solid International Mobility framework that effectively supports the company’s business needs. Some of the key accountabilities are:

• Review and continuously upgrade the International Mobility framework, to ensure that the policies, processes, technology tools and team structure are competent to support the changing business needs
• Lead the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies to recruit highly competent and qualified expatriate
• Develop compensation and benefits strategies and programs that are competitive, coherent, consistent and effective in attracting and retaining staff, whilst driving performance and containing cost
• Ensure that cross-country compensation and benefits programs are appropriately structured in terms of contractual considerations and legislative taxation, and delivered to maximize cost effectiveness
• Lead the development of appropriate HRIS that support the all HR processes
• As the Subject Matter Expert, you will advise and provide strategic direction to Country HR teams and Senior Management on international assignment policies, both at the tactical and strategic level.

Requirements:The ideal candidate is a senior Subject Matter Expert who has consulting and corporate experience in leading multinational companies with large number of expatriates worldwide. You must have demonstrated capability in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a large, multicultural and geographically dispersed team. You are strategically attuned and yet capable of operating at a very hands-on level. Adaptability and agility is important in an organization where quality is paramount, speed is of essence and systems are still in development stage. Prior work experience as HR Generalist and in an Operational, Project Management or General Management position is desired.
