| Requirements: | As the successful applicant you will have undertaken a similar role previously and be familiar with a manufacturing/engineering industry environment. You will be a senior and experienced HR Business Partner, with a degree in HRM or relevant discipline, ideally with 10+ years of HR generalist experience. You will have an excellent track record in building and maintaining relationships at all levels within a business. Experience working in highly matrix environment is mandatory.
